PROGRAM GROUP — THE ARCADE
- SnakeSNAKE.EXE — Eat, grow, do not bite yourself. Four bits an apple.
- MinesweeperMINES.EXE — Nine by nine and ten mines, up to thirty by sixteen and ninety-nine. The first click is never a mine.
- SolitaireSOL.EXE — Klondike, draw one or draw three, unlimited undo, and the cascade when you win.
- BlocksBLOCKS.EXE — Seven falling shapes on a fair rotation, a ghost that never lies, and it gets faster.
- PongPONG.EXE — The one that started all of this. One player against the machine, or two on one keyboard.
- PaintbrushPAINT.EXE — Sixteen colours, fourteen tools, and a save button that gives you a real PNG.
How it works
- Open THE ARCADE from the desk, the taskbar or the Start menu.
- Pick a machine from the group window.
- Play. A finished game deposits bits, same as a finished job.
